  Missing my daily protein smoothie, so we tried this place. Nice, clean atmosphere. Good people to take your order at counter. Here's the negative.... the cup was large as you can see from the photo, BUT the flavor was just not there. Peanut butter banana.... it was mostly ice, not banana and vanilla protein powder and peanut butter. Very MEH. It was $6 something too... definitely not worth the price. Will not be going back here.

  Good food and smoothies, however this location is mostly snooty and nonchalant. It's very obvious that the workers don't want to be there. They cannot break $50 or $100 bills. Is this a business or not?? The poki shop 2 doors down has zero issues breaking bills (most customers go over there). They will not serve food if they're out of serving paper even though there are several other options that work. They frequently shut ovens down an hour before closing and will not make food despite having an hour before closing.
  You also have a 95% chance of NOT getting through on their phone line and if you do, they require a CC to place your order.  
  Abby, Ileana and Veryl were the best/most helpful employees this location has ever had and unfortunately, neither of them are still here.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The staff clearly hates their job, the bathroom was filthy and completely out of toilet paper, and the girl with purple hair was dropping f bombs so loud the whole restaurant could hear. The girl who rang us up, which I assume was Isabella by the name on the receipt didn't smile once or even say hello. This is a great location, but the management really needs to get this staff in line. I'm not one to write a review but their is NO EXCUSE for that and oh yeah they served us our smoothie with half of the drink on the outside of the cup so I had to sit there and wipe it off.. thanks for that.

  I don't know how a place can mess up a smoothie, but this place did. I'm drinking sour ice chunks. Usually, Tropical Smoothie drinks are very smooth and well blended. This is a chunky, icy, and sour disaster. I'm gonna drink this sour warhead like it's going out of style because it's cold and I spent 8 dollars. Might go again to see if it's a fluke.

  Placed a online order which they didnt have when I got there. Told cashier order and said he would make it, 40 minutes later had to walk out due to not being served. Served 6-7 people who came in after me and told me I was next to only completely forget me. Others walked out as well. One lady was given a wrong order but just left since she had waited so long. Place is dirty and workers seem to be trying but dont know how to prioritize. Ignoring customers for 15 mins without acknowledging their presence. Poor customer service overall. I dont know if I will give them another chance. May have to stick with the clean and efficient Smoothie King in Pier Park and healthy food from Freshii's in Pier Park too.
